I’m losing weight …
I’m losing weight and enjoying every minute of it. Spent 2 months on the nice treadmill on my room pushing it extreme, now I’m bringing in the P90X on the 1st of Feb. Omg. Wish me luck. I wasn’t ‘fat-fat’, but enough to annoy me.

It’s time for the transformation and lifestyle change to go full speed.

i was 176lbs and now im 156lbs, tried everything before to lose weight and the only real way in my opinion is the gym,im so much happier and watching this just encourages me to carry on…..either that or the music did!!!!
