What foods that have good fats in them are best for a person who runs 6 days a week and trying to burn fat?


Hands down, completely underrated, Avocados.
other good ones, olive oil, grape seed oil, salmon…etc.

But when it comes to losing weight it’s all about eating less calories than you burn. So even though it’s "Good fat" they still have high calorie values. Take portion size into account more than anything. I’ve also heard that our "Calorie Requirement" of 2000 is generously high, and is probably around 1600, so look out how much you’re eating too.
