I was doing the sidesteps moving forward and backwards when my dog got behind me just as I was stepping back. I twisted my knee one way and fell over backwards another way. I heard several cracks. The doc said I ripped my knee cartilage in several places and will be laid up for months! I guess I’ll have to exercise from the waist up now. Beware of moving obstacles.

I love all her workout dvds as well as her boosters. in addition to other types of exercises, brisk walking is indeed an effective, healthy workout for people. It can be a sweaty workout, which i love, as well. i also love her interval training and jogging workouts.

I have arthritis in both knees and walking is about the safest and easiest way for me to workout. Now that the weather is changing it is not as convenient for me to walk outside. I am familiar with Leslie’s workouts from Exercise TV, but they are limited. I am glad I found these on You Tube. Thanks!
