should i put more weights on the lower chest exercises to burn those fats in my lower chest?

my upper chest is lookin good .. but i kinda have some fats in my lower chest .. i do my chest once a week ..so what exercises should i do to burn those fats and tone my lower chest ? by the way im on a diet and i do cardio three times a week for 30 minutes and i go to the gym four times a week for 90 minutes..
