you’re not going to believe me but skateboarding, ice skating, and swimming. but if you don’t want to take up an actual sport or don’t have the time, you can do simple crunches, lunges, and cardio workouts.

For tummy you can do sit ups, or play hula-hoop.
Not sure about butts and thighs, but I think swimming is one exercise that really shape your whole body.
