What diet pills are the best for my metabolism?

I have a very slow metabolism and have tried everything to lose weight, I’m at the end of my road I’ve tried going to the gym every night to eating as little as possible nothing seems to work, I would like to know if anyone has used any diet pills to boost their metabolism that have actually worked.     Eating very little is what is hurting you..

    Diet pills will do NOTHING but hurt your metabolism. They might give you a quick energy boost, but thats not your metabolism, thats just the herbal crap they put in the pills to get you more active. If you are lacking in muscle weight, and have a slow metabolism as a result, then diet pills are only encouraging you to eat less (never the right plan, unless you are 3 times the size you should be, lol). You need to start lifting weights, and keep eating healthy, well balanced meals. Keep your calorie intake at 2000 for the first few weeks, and when you notice a gain in a couple pounds, bring your calories down slightly, to about 1700 or 1500. You have to build muscle weight to lose fat weight, otherwise all you will lose IS your muscles and eventually the functioning organs you need to survive.

    To raise your metabolism, you must grow lean muscle weight. This is why people who are dieting and exercising see a weight gain of a few pounds before they see the fat "melt" off.. =) You just can’t focus only on weights- you have to do aerobics too, and keep busy all day- try not to get sedentary by taking naps and stuff.. And standing up when you have the option, helps you lose those crucial last few pounds. For you, the problem is that you arent eating enough, so you probably need to focus a little more on eating more food and growing some more muscle weight before you get to work on the flab.

    Diet pills suck. I have lost a LOT of weight, over the past year, and all I do is eat whatever I want, walk an hour a day, and do some weights. Its much easier to live my life that way.

    Plus I have a resting pulse of 62 and a perfect blood pressure and all that. =) GO ME!! And Good luck to you.. Remember- the way to good health is in a good healthy lifestyle.. Dont starve yourself- Starvation has killed millions of people. I would hate to see you become one of them. ;-)
