What diet pills are best to lose about 5 lbs?

I would like to lose about 5 lbs to get to my ideal weight before the holidays. I don’t overeat, so cutting back on my food intake is not really an option and I don’t really have to time to exercise 30 minutes a day. I just want an easy way to melt off these 5 lbs so I’ll look great in my holiday outfits (and pictures). Any relatively safe diet pills out there that would help me do this?

Hiya, In my line of work, it is easy to comfort eat, especially when there’s a deadline to meet and you’re under lots of stress. Finding time for the gym or cooking healthy food was not something I ever really found time to think about. I had never even realised that I’d become so large until someone I knew well, who I hadn’t seen me for a while no longer knew who I was.

Premium Acai Slim has just given me that added help and support to know that I can now lose and maintain my weight. Losing weight has made me feel so much more confident and I really go out of my way, to ensure I stay healthier, through my diet, healthy exercise and by taking Premium Acai Slim. I cannot recommend this product enough to you all! I feel and look ten years younger.

After doing a quick google search i found this which might interest you.

any pills are good for health, just eat less and drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. replace regular food for light food and do not try to do miracles in a short time at expense of your health

Diet pills generally make the problem worse. You may loose 5 pounds of water weight, but because it has screwed with your metabolism, you end up gaining 10 back when you quit taking them. And they are ALL bad for your heart.

There is NO easy way to melt off weight. Sorry, but there just isnt.

You dont over eat, but what is the quality of food you eat? You can eat a big mac at McD’s every day, not over eat, and still not have a healthy diet. Cut your over all calories, cut your fat, and cut your carbs. You still eat the same amount, or even more, if your foods are low in calories, low in fats, and low in carbs.

Dont have time to exercise 30 mins a day? How about 5 mins several times a day? How about a walk at lunch? It doesnt have to be a 30 min routine for it to count.

Do this the right way, and your body will thank you for it.

diet pills are funny. do you know how they work?
they stop you from absorbing fat from the food you eat by making it pass straight through your intestines too quickly for you to digest it. that is why they say on them that they should be taken as part of a healthy diet. cos if you eat any junk food while taking them you basically pass the fat and grease straight out again. it just all comes out as a slimy, greasy mess.
