Its the one that helps hair and nails grow while lossing the weight. I lost ten pounds in a month as well as my hair and nails look great. My hair grew four inches and my nails have grown a cm. I usually check out reviews on stuff before buying. There are pills that do change chemicals of the body too fast thus that crappy feeling.
There are many horrible pills but there are a few that are good. I’m trying out one called NV. It’s slow but it does what it says.
