i weigh about 50 pounds over Weight and i really need to loose this Weight as im only 14. i really need help with losing this much weight. whats the best way to loose Weight? what are the best things to eat? and what diet pills work the best and how much Weight did you loose on the diet pills? please help me!

I have 2 cats. One is overweight, and the other one isn’t. The cat that doesn’t need to lose any weight, however, really likes the weight loss food I feed the other cat. I tried Hannen Health’s ‘Take it Off’ chelation pills but unfortunately they are out of stock for who knows how long. I see chelation pills advertised for heart health etc. but that is not what I’m looking for. I am looking for chelation ‘weight loss’ supplements. Anybody know of any good ones?
