Wanting the best diet pills on the market. Ones that really work to curb appetite. Does anyone know?
Have tried, since using diet pills in the past , to find ones that work as well as those containing ephredra, but to no avail. Many on the market, but none that really do what they say they will do. Wondering if anyone has had any luck with any of them. Thanks for your help.

What are the best diet pills for losing weight?
I’m looking to find decent diet pills that have the best success rate. I was on the depo-shot and I gained a TON of weight, and now that I’m no longer on it, I’m hoping to find a way to lose the weight and get back to my old weight. Any help anyone has would be great!!
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

what experiences have you had losing weight with diet pills and what side effects have you encountered?

What kind of diet pills work best?
I want to lose weight, obviously. I’m 19 and 184 pounds, at 5 foot 4 inches. I’m "obese". I didn’t ask this question to hear "Love your body, etc". I want to know what diet pills work and have the least amount of risk.
Please tell me if you used a certain kind and what happened when you did.
none. go to a normal diet, no chemicals. Just eat moderately. All stupid pills are based on natural herbs aand things, nature and human body are the best that can cure us. Don’t use chemicals or they’ll mess up your hormones.
Anyone try The Formula 40/30/30 by the Daousts for weight loss?
I need to lose about 65lbs to be at a healthy weight. I’ve read reviews on Amazon about this book, but not much on actual results and tips.
As far as exercise, I can do "some" cardio, but I’m limited to what I can do with weights due to disc problems in my neck, which also affect my arm. So lifting weights is almost completely out since anything I do with my arms affects my neck
. I can’t do any bouncy cardio stuff, but I did recently purchase a stationary recumbent bike. I use to run years ago before I got hurt and loved it, but now that’s one of the things I’m told I can’t do anymore
I really, really need to lose this weight. I’m a 39 yr old female, 5′3" and weigh 200. My 40th birthday is in February and I would really love to lose most of that 65 by then!
Please don’t respond with crap solicitations!! I will report you as spam. I’m looking for people who have honestly been through this before. I’m starting to get really depressed and am looking for honest suggestions.
Thanks.
Of all the weight loss plans I have tried, this has been the easiest to follow. It balances your blood sugar so you will not feel hungry and deprived like most diets.
I was having problems with low blood sugar and emotional eating. With the Formula, I no longer have problems with my blood sugar and because I feel better overall, I do less emotional eating.
My biggest concern before starting the plan was eating protien with every meal and snack but the smoothies and balance bars made the transition easier.
I can’t say for sure if you will lose your weight by Febuary. I lost 15 pounds in the first 2 months and my body composition has changed because your body starts burning fat. I also wasn’t excercising regularly during that time.
I bought Formula 101 and The Formula personalized weight loss program (used) from Amazon. You really only need the later.
The one thing I have found and can’t understand is the lack of people using the plan.
Best wishes for your success!
does hydroxycut hardcore diet pills work, also what is the best way to use them .?
does hydroxycut hardcore diet pills work, also what is the best way to use them .i brought a 210 pill bottle yesterday and im cutting out fat out of my diet should i see results and how long will it take before i see results ,
My understanding about hydroxycut, as well as other substances that worked so well in the past, was that the dramatic effects related to inclusion of ephedra . Mounting evidence linked ephedra use to cardiac side effects such as seizures, MIs and arrhythmias, and it was subsequently banned.
You can still get other ingredients that are deemed safer, such as green tea or caffeine, in supplements these days. But you won’t get as much effect as with ephedra.
Don’t get the idea that it’s not a good thing though. Having worked with many clients in both personal training and in weight management. the one common ingredient in all our success cases has been Disciplined Hard Work. No magic pill is going to do it for you. A combination of exercise and nutrition is often the key to success.
Good luck!
PS: Be careful about cutting fat out of your diet as you write. Your body needs fat for various essential functions, such as absorption of fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E and K. Cut calories but don’t go to extremes.
