How much did you lose my friend said she lost 3lbs in her first week but I want to know if it’s posible to lose 5lbs in the first week.

I take it and It’s GREAT! If you’re sensible about the whole thing then it wont cause you any bother.
The side effects arent half as bad as people make out but I presume if you eat a huge burger then they would be worst but you shouldn’t do that anyway.

Assuming all these claims are true and healthy, #1 and #3 make sense, but how does #2 make sense?

The reason all the other diets, diet foods, organic foods, healthy foods, medicines and all the rest don’t work in this modern technologically-amazing age is because they were deliberately designed not to!
I dont want to repeat myself constantly, or go on another rant of how messed up our world is – but it is a shame and people need to WAKE UP and realise what is going on. The diet industry makes billions out of insecure people and they want to keep it that way.
Every year we are sold diet products that do not work. I hope people reading this really think about what I am saying here, just do a simple youtube search and find out for yourself.
I have researched these facts, facts that they dont want you to know but I have gone on long enough now. To learn more the link below will explain further and help you escape the matrix.

Btw, the people telling you to eat less are wrong, well not wrong but their not helping! You need to eat less but more often (six meals a day instead of three) this will get your matabolism up^^ and will actually help burn off fat

I would suggest just proper diet and exersize, because if you are still breastfeeding your baby, the chemicals in the weightloss pills could be ridiculously harmful to your baby, also, there is NO TELLING what they put in those pills.
Congratulations on your husband coming home, God Bless him for serving his country. My husband just came back in May and though he was injured, it was the happiest day of my life to see him alive!

2 and #3 go together. If the fats arent broken down in the digestive system, then they can not be absorbed, and are instead flushed right out.

If you’re only eating 1000 calories per day you should try to spread that out into 6 small meals throughout the day. Eating that few calories per day you should def be losing weight.
Also, don’t forget to exercise, exercise, exercise! Exercising just after your first small meal in the morning will boost your metabolism and give you a nice "fast" start to your day.
